From June to September inclusive, the entire villa is rented for exclusive use.
From October to May it is possible to rent the entire villa or just part of it, one or two bedrooms with kitchen and living room, or even just the bedrooms with bathroom (suite), in this last case the swimming pool and garage can be used by other guests.

Prices vary according to the period and how many people want to stay:

July and August: villa for up to 6 people, €500 per night + €200 final cleaning
villa for up to 4 people, €400 per night + €120 final cleaning
villa for up to 2 people, €330 per night + €80 final cleaning
June and September: villa for up to 6 people, €450 per night + €200 final cleaning
villa for up to 4 people, €350 per night + €120 final cleaning
villa for up to 2 people, €280 per night + €80 final cleaning
May and October: villa for up to 6 people, €420 per night + €200 final cleaning
apartment for up to 4 people, €320 per night + €120 final cleaning
apartment for up to 2 people, €240 per night + €80 final cleaning
suite up to 2 people €140 per night + 30 final cleaning costs
from November to April: villa for up to 6 people, €400 per night + €200 final cleaning
apartment for up to 4 people, €300 per night + €120 final cleaning
apartment for up to 2 people, €220 per night + €80 final cleaning
suite up to 2 people €130 per night + 30 final cleaning costs
Deposit € 600 to be refunded the next 5 following days.

Policy

THE RENT the villa it is limited to a minimum of 3 nights, due to the high sanitation costs.
MAXIMUM CAPACITY: The villa is suitable for 6 adults, the 5 extra beds are for close family members of couples.
DOCUMENTS: All guests' identification documents must be presented and other undeclared guests are not allowed.
NOISE: The villa is located in a residential area and no disturbing noises are allowed, please respect the quiet hours between 24:00 and 8:00.
FURNITURE: The villa is new and with fine furniture, therefore the use must be suitable for their purpose taking care of them. The deposit and credit card deposit will guarantee any damage.
CLEANING: The rent does not include cleaning, the guests staying will have to take care of it and dispose of the garbage. The villa is delivered clean and must be returned in the same condition or a penalty will apply. Those interested can request the cleaning service with separate payment.
PROHIBITIONS: It is forbidden to throw anything other than toilet paper down the drain to avoid clogging the pipes. It is forbidden to bring glass glasses into the pool. It is forbidden to dive into the pool. It is forbidden to remove the protective fabric of the mattresses and pillows. It is forbidden to smoke inside the villa.

PAYMENTS: After verification of availability, the reservation will be confirmed upon advance payment of 50% of the rental period. The balance of the remaining 50% and the deposit will be anticipated within 15 days before the holiday period. The cancellation will be free up to 15 days before the holiday period. Payments will be by bank transfer.
